What are our carers like?

All our carers and nurses are experienced in home based services with many having particular areas of expertise. However, we particularly seek the qualities that make a Mediline carer or nurse extra special.

We look for real commitment to the client and concern for their well being that reflects our reputation for the very highest quality of service and support.

All our staff are strictly vetted before they are employed. We always personally interview every member of staff and undertake a Criminal Records Bureau check. In addition, we insist on two written professional references that we always follow through. We will not employ a new member of staff until we have received satisfactory replies from the referees. We also investigate any gaps in employment records.

Once a new member of staff joins our team, they attend extensive induction training that ensures our consistent high standards are met.

The end result is that you can be sure that you have someone coming into the home of those being cared for who is highly professional, reliable, safe and well trained.
