A carer in your home

Whether the carer or nurse is working in your home or that of a family member or friend, you can be sure they have been matched to your need.

Each new enquiry is followed by a free assessment of need by a trained and experienced nurse. We also give you a copy of our Mediline Carers Service Guide that provides comprehensive information about every aspect of our service.

If you wish to proceed, the carer or nurse will visit the home as agreed. They will always be in uniform, unless you request otherwise, and will address all involved in the manner you prefer. A Code of Conduct details all rules and regulations, identifies what they can and cannot do and ensures complete confidentiality.

Of course, it is most important that you are comfortable with the carer provided. A carer may be changed at anytime at your request.
