We are committed to the highest care and nursing standards set by our highly professional management team, headed by our Registered Provider Peter Cook MRPS, Bpharm, Phc. who has been a Pharmacist since 1967. He has been in business on his own account since 1972 and has owned other companies and diverse health-related retail operations. His professional medical background, company and people management experience is fully utilised in the operation of the agency.

Our Operational Manager, Averil Press FCMI, is a highly skilled professional manager with wide business experience and is a Fellow Member & Treasurer of the Chartered Management Institute. She also has Diplomas in Chartered Management & Industrial Management, is a D32 NVQ Assessor, and has an LCCI Private Secretaries Certificate and a Certificate in Industrial Management.

Our Nursing Director, Mary Mollatt RGN, has previous experience as a Ward Manager and Senior Sister in a leading multispeciality private patient unit. All our nurses are fully trained and qualified and are registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.

Mediline is regulated by The Care Quality Commission and operates within the framework of the Care Standards Act. Mediline is also a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA), the national professional and representative association for organisations who provide care to people in their own homes.
